Jason and Ylonda are the best real estate agents in the valley! They were tirelessly dedicated to our search and gave us so much valuable insight and information! I'm sure they saved us a ridiculous amount of time and money, and found us just what we were looking for! Their knowledge, experience, and customer service is second to none! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely use them again.

I've been through several real estate transactions over the years, both buying and selling, and Ylonda is by far the best agent I've worked with. While I was buying a home in Boise, I was also selling a home in another part of the state. The agent handling that sale was... marginal at best, and Ylonda stepped in more than once to help keep things moving. She thinks outside the box, advocates strongly for her clients, and brings a great mix of professionalism, prompt communication, and a down-to-earth personality. So many agents can feel scripted or salesy, but Ylonda is genuinely real. We worked with her long-distance for about six months, and she went above and beyond, doing video showings, answering every question, and making us feel like we were right there even though we were 400 miles away. I can't recommend her highly enough.
